So, what is a facilitator? A facilitator is a person who helps a group of people to work together better, understand their common objectives, and plan how to achieve them during meetings or conversations. The facilitator remains neutral, not taking a particular position in the discussion. This role is vital in situations where there might not be complete cohesion; our role is to independently capture important points and work with you towards determining key actions for all involved. At Developing Together, we work with business across the UK to support campaigns, company initiatives and product launches through effective facilitation.
