Insights Discovery

Insights Discovery helps your people and your business work more effectively.

Based on the work of psychologist Carl Jung, Insights Discovery helps an individual recognise that each person is unique with different preferences, needs and expectations. It uses a simple four colour model to help individuals identify their personal preferences and the preferences of others.

Organisations acknowledge and put value on psychometric (or behavioural) profiling tools. These tools allow individuals to gain insight into their strengths, areas for development and potential blind spots.

Virtual delivery

Virtual or online learning isn’t new, but in the current climate, it has moved from being a convenient way to bring globally dispersed teams together, to becoming an essential part of every organisation’s talent development strategy.

With more people working and learning from their homes, the switch to remote working has become a bigger challenge, as individuals adjust to their new working environment and attempt to work as effectively with colleagues as they did when able to meet face-to-face.

We have spent months developing virtual training courses to complement our face to face portfolio. Whilst face to face is always effective, the virtual courses have proven very flexible and popular.
