Amanda is an HR Professional with over 20 years generalist HR experience. She has worked at Business Partner level as part of a large Corporate HR Team within O2 and in a number of HR Advisor and standalone HR Manager roles within IT, Real Estate and Pharmaceuticals. It is this broad industry experience of best practice, coupled with her CIPD qualification which means that she can really hit the ground running and provide sound employment law advice to meet the commercial needs and objectives of your business.

She is the founder of The Mediators Peer Group and manages the award winning Tower Hamlets Mediation Project which provides free of charge neighbour to neighbour dispute resolution. Irene was previously the Director for Tower Hamlets Mediation Service where she worked for 9 years.
